Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or administration preferred
- At least 8 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, with management experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws
- Strong project management, analytical, and process mapping skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels
