Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collegiate Leadership Consultant Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire Collegiate Leadership Consultants (CLCs) in collaboration with Human Resources and the director of chapter services
- Coordinate and implement training and debriefing sessions for CLCs throughout the year
- Supervise CLCs through regular meetings and manage administrative reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- One to three years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work autonomously and set a flexible schedule
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management software
- Previous experience as a CLC or with a fraternity/sorority preferred
