Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collegiate Leadership Consultant Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire Collegiate Leadership Consultants (CLCs) in collaboration with Human Resources and the director of chapter services
  • Coordinate and implement training and debriefing sessions for CLCs throughout the year
  • Supervise CLCs through regular meetings and manage administrative reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
  • One to three years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and set a flexible schedule
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management software
  • Previous experience as a CLC or with a fraternity/sorority preferred
