Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the annual salary review process, including merit increases and promotions
- Manage and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- Conduct market analysis and manage salary structures to ensure competitive and equitable pay
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of compensation management experience
- Professional certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Proficient in compensation software and advanced Excel; strong data analysis skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of HRIS/PAY systems; WORKDAY preferred
