Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct screenings and interviews, and manage the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience hiring for Technical and GTM roles (Cloud, Data, Security, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
  • Proficient in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Knowledge of talent markets and ability to develop hiring strategies
  • Familiarity with legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
