Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct screenings and interviews, and manage the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience hiring for Technical and GTM roles (Cloud, Data, Security, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Proficient in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Knowledge of talent markets and ability to develop hiring strategies
- Familiarity with legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
