- 8+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth environments, with at least 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Proven ability to source and close top-tier technical talent
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and serving as an advisor to leadership
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate pipeline health and inform decisions
- Experience mentoring and developing recruiters and sourcers
