Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the HRBP Director to implement HR strategies supporting business objectives
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment initiatives
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee relations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
