- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee relations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
