Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts for healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
• Review applications, screen candidates, manage job advertisements, and ensure compliance with talent acquisition processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of recruitment experience
• Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software systems
• Workday ATS experience highly preferred
