A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts for healthcare positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
- Review applications, screen candidates, manage job advertisements, and ensure compliance with talent acquisition processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of three years of recruitment experience
- Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software systems
- Workday ATS experience highly preferred
