A company is looking for a People and Culture BP Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support executive leadership with people strategy across Technology and Corporate functions
- Manage and develop a team of People Business Partners while executing critical people programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to address complex organizational challenges and improve organizational health
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive People or HR experience, with a focus on strategic support for tech organizations
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Deep understanding of Engineering, Product, and Algorithms teams
- Strong track record of executive-level influence and coaching leaders through change
- Knowledgeable in employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management
