A company is looking for an HR Technology Analyst II (100% Virtual/Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between internal/external client groups and the IT technical team
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and assist in documenting technical requirements
- Analyze HR processes and make recommendations for improvements using technology
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of Workday experience required
- Experience with enterprise Human Capital Management tools
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Knowledge of current trends and strategies in HR technology
