HR Technology Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Technology Analyst II (100% Virtual/Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between internal/external client groups and the IT technical team
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and assist in documenting technical requirements
• Analyze HR processes and make recommendations for improvements using technology

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of Workday experience required
• Experience with enterprise Human Capital Management tools
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
• Knowledge of current trends and strategies in HR technology
