Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shared Services Senior Analyst in the Partner Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier II case management support for employee lifecycle issues for US and Canadian partners
  • Research, analyze, and resolve cases related to onboarding and HR processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements while maintaining compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or shared services
  • 3+ years of experience in research, analysis, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year of experience identifying continuous improvement opportunities
  • 1-2 years of experience advising cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
