Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the performance of the recruiting team
- Manage a full-cycle recruiting process for various roles, including onboarding new physicians
- Support team leadership and operational needs through mentorship and performance feedback
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Experience in recruiting and managing teams
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and compliance
- Ability to maintain client relationships and support operational demands
