Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the performance of the recruiting team
• Manage a full-cycle recruiting process for various roles, including onboarding new physicians
• Support team leadership and operational needs through mentorship and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Experience in recruiting and managing teams
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and compliance
• Ability to maintain client relationships and support operational demands
