Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR, Talent, or People Operations experience
- 3+ years of compensation and benefits experience in a rapidly scaling organization
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Experience in building employee-centric total rewards strategies
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or other recognized certifications)
