Reporting to our Executive General Manager, Strategic Workforce this leadership role will head up Australia’s largest permanent healthcare recruitment business and be instrumental in continuing to develop a high-performing team, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the efficient and successful recruitment of high-quality candidates.

This role offers the opportunity to influence national strategy, contribute to key initiatives and shape the future of permanent recruitment at HCA.  The opportunity is available in Sydney or Melbourne.

With proven success as a team leader or manager in recruitment you enjoy a role with a blend of both commercial/business development responsibilities as well as leading and nurturing a team of recruitment professionals.  

Credibility and knowledge in the healthcare sector through recruitment, sales or related experience will be highly regarded.  Naturally you will need to be comfortable to drive achievement of individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
