Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the approval process of timecards for hourly staff, ensuring accuracy in documentation
- Manage schedules and ensure timely updates in the EMR system when discrepancies occur
- Utilize communication strategies to address timekeeping issues and maintain thorough records of resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of wage and hour labor laws in multiple states
- Expertise in scheduling and coordinating therapy services, including ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage tasks with attention to detail and minimal oversight
- Experience with CentralReach EMR and Deputy HR software is a plus
