Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Information Systems (POIS) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and continuous development of Workday HCM while managing a team responsible for critical employee life-cycle processes
- Manage system access and security, ensuring compliance with internal policies and protecting employee data
- Collaborate with various teams to implement enhancements, manage vendor relationships, and support HR processes through data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with Workday implementation and management of enterprise HR applications
- 2+ years of experience in a team management role
- Advanced proficiency in Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
- Experience with Workday integration tools and data migration processes
- Strong project management skills and a collaborative mindset
