- Utilize data to shape people strategies that impact business outcomes and oversee cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments
- 3+ years as an HRBP supporting global Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for HR processes and analytics
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex initiatives
- Knowledge of US and Irish labor laws is a plus
