Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle searches for business and technical hiring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold and evolve talent standards to ensure high-quality hires
  • Partner with leadership to assess hiring needs and shape hiring strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for both technical and business positions
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of recruiting experience, including 2 years of technical recruiting in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
  • Resourceful and able to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Experience in role scoping and providing feedback on candidate fit
  • Familiarity with Ashby (ATS) preferred
