Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and evolve talent standards to ensure high-quality hires
- Partner with leadership to assess hiring needs and shape hiring strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for both technical and business positions
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience, including 2 years of technical recruiting in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Resourceful and able to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
- Experience in role scoping and providing feedback on candidate fit
- Familiarity with Ashby (ATS) preferred
