A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Workday notifications and assist with payroll processing and audits
- Audit benefits-related data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Serve as a liaison between employees and plan administrators regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration required
- 4+ years of experience in payroll administration and HRIS systems required
- Professional certification preferred (e.g., CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
- Experience with Workday and OneSource Virtual preferred
