Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Source and engage high-caliber passive candidates while advising on recruiting best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at a high-growth/tech company
- Proven success hiring for Sales, Marketing, and/or post-sales roles across various levels
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees across hierarchies
- Self-starting and resourceful work ethic with a strategic mindset
