Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to support professional development initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and delivery of learning programs, including onboarding and technical skills development
- Manage content, enrollments, and reporting in the learning management system (LMS)
- Partner with stakeholders to address department-specific training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a learning and development or HR coordination role
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S
