Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align business and people strategies
- Develop plans for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent to support business objectives
- Embed HR policies and practices, providing insights and coaching to enhance organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a strategic HRBP or generalist role at a senior level
- Relevant HR qualification such as CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
- Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
