People Business Partner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech People Business Partner Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Tech leadership, aligning People strategy with business objectives
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of HRBPs to ensure excellence in People services
• Provide guidance on the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• A degree or Master's in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing HRBPs
• Strong background partnering with technology or product teams
• High level of English: at least C1
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments is highly desirable
