Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tech People Business Partner Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Tech leadership, aligning People strategy with business objectives
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of HRBPs to ensure excellence in People services
- Provide guidance on the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Required Qualifications
- A degree or Master's in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing HRBPs
- Strong background partnering with technology or product teams
- High level of English: at least C1
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments is highly desirable
