A company is looking for an HRIS Associate to support their Workday HR system environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system maintenance
- Generate reports to meet various business needs and participate in cross-functional projects
- Oversee the Learning Management System and recommend new learning strategies based on assessment outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 2+ years of Workday experience in two or more modules such as Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, and Talent Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other specialized business applications
- Experience in onboarding practices and training needs assessments
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments
