Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain Workday Payroll, Compensation, and/or Time Tracking modules while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Act as a functional lead for Workday Payroll and support the configuration and administration of the Compensation module globally
- Lead testing efforts for Payroll, Compensation, and/or Time Tracking, and develop custom reports to support HR and Payroll operations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Workday, focusing on Payroll, Compensation, and/or Time Tracking
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting
- Experience with Americas payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, and security configuration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
