A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial interaction to interview
- Schedule onsite and virtual interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support interviewer onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with at least 1 year as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
