Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intermediate Human Resources Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with service line leaders and HR teams to execute HR programs and initiatives
- Analyze HR opportunities and recommend sound, actionable solutions
- Support system-wide HR projects, including performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including program execution and project support
- Experience working within a matrix organization and complex environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
