- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with applicant statuses
- Conduct pre-employment checks and manage onboarding paperwork for new hires
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in human resources or onboarding
- Experience in building positive relationships with business partners and employees
- Strong computer skills, including HRIS and ATS experience
- Organizational skills and ability to engage with new hires effectively
