A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support its growth-stage hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support growth-stage hiring across various roles including engineering, product, design, and operations
• Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing candidates
• Assist in developing job posts, hiring plans, and screening rubrics while managing contractors and vendors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth-stage recruiting experience
• Technical recruiting experience
• Sales recruiting experience
• Interest in establishing recruiting systems from scratch
• Experience in HR tech and hiring specialized AI roles is a plus
