Key Responsibilities
- Support growth-stage hiring across various roles including engineering, product, design, and operations
- Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing candidates
- Assist in developing job posts, hiring plans, and screening rubrics while managing contractors and vendors
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of growth-stage recruiting experience
- Technical recruiting experience
- Sales recruiting experience
- Interest in establishing recruiting systems from scratch
- Experience in HR tech and hiring specialized AI roles is a plus
