A company is looking for a Benefits & Leave Specialist to administer and support employee benefits and leave of absence programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process leave of absence requests and maintain compliance with relevant laws
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and vendors to ensure accurate service delivery and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in Leave of Absence and Benefits Administration
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS system
- Experience with calculating wage offsets and coordinating with payroll systems
