Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits & Leave Specialist to administer and support employee benefits and leave of absence programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process leave of absence requests and maintain compliance with relevant laws
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and vendors to ensure accurate service delivery and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in Leave of Absence and Benefits Administration
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS system
  • Experience with calculating wage offsets and coordinating with payroll systems
