Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a global benefits strategy aligned with company goals and employee needs across multiple regions
- Manage program design, annual renewals, and vendor transitions to optimize employee value and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations, while managing the global benefits budget and vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of international benefits experience with multinational companies
- Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with HRIS/Benefits Systems
- Strong analytical and technical skills in benefits management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
