Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote HR Consultant - Reasonable Accommodation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for colleagues and leaders regarding new accommodation requests
  • Facilitate the intake process for reasonable accommodation cases and manage documentation with confidentiality
  • Ensure all accommodation cases are documented in compliance with ADA/ADAAA and company policy
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • 1+ years experience partnering with stakeholders across various organizational levels
  • 1+ years of conflict resolution experience
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating case management systems and Microsoft applications
