A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter - High Volume Frontline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Build collaborative relationships with internal hiring managers and external candidates
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the customer-focused culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven experience managing internal customer relationships across multiple regions
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus
- Prior experience in high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring is highly desirable
