Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter - High Volume Frontline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal hiring managers and external candidates
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve the customer-focused culture
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven experience managing internal customer relationships across multiple regions
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring is highly desirable
