Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and develop effective workforce plans
- Develop people plans to attract, engage, and retain necessary skills for successful business execution
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement HR strategies, organizational development, and embed HR policies within the business
Required Qualifications
- CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification with a minimum of 5+ years in a strategic HR role
- Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
- Experience in a fast-paced, global company working with managers and leaders
