Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience with a focus on benefits and compensation
- Strong data analytics experience for compensation and benefits analysis
- Working knowledge of applicable HR laws and practices
- Project management and process development skills
