Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including partnering with hiring managers, designing interview plans, and overseeing candidate evaluations
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, building relationships and advocating for their needs
- Utilize data and analytics to enhance recruitment strategies and present hiring metrics to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries or international markets is strongly preferred
- Proven success in hiring for diverse functions including clinical, operations, corporate, and technical roles
- Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and GSuite
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and DEI principles
