Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an in-house environment
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, with experience in Lever being a plus
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and referrals
- Ability to manage the recruitment process with a focus on speed and quality
- Eagerness to develop recruitment skills and improve recruitment processes
