Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Create engagement strategies for passive candidates through sourcing and social media
• Work with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and oversee communication to maintain a positive employer reputation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies or recruitment agencies
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Experience in conducting competency-based interviews
• Proven experience in European hiring
• Advanced English language skills
