Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies or recruitment agencies
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Experience in conducting competency-based interviews
- Proven experience in European hiring
- Advanced English language skills
