Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, particularly in change management and employee engagement
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and practices
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred
