A company is looking for an HR Advisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
- Provide guidance to managers on handling complex employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
- Investigate complaints and provide resolutions on various HR-related matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of experience as an HR representative or generalist in a large company
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP and HR software
- Working knowledge of employment labor law in multiple states
