Workday HRIS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Specialist, HRIS to support their global Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday functionality across multiple modules
• Manage full-cycle HRIS projects, including planning, testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with HR and other teams to identify improvements and implement solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, MIS, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in HRIS or a similar role
• 3+ years of experience with Workday is required
• Proficient in 3+ Workday modules such as Core HCM, Reporting, and Compensation
• Workday Pro certification is strongly preferred
