A company is looking for a Workday Specialist, HRIS to support their global Workday implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday functionality across multiple modules
- Manage full-cycle HRIS projects, including planning, testing, and implementation
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to identify improvements and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, MIS, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in HRIS or a similar role
- 3+ years of experience with Workday is required
- Proficient in 3+ Workday modules such as Core HCM, Reporting, and Compensation
- Workday Pro certification is strongly preferred
