A company is looking for a Senior Director, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of compensation programs
- Oversee the development and management of complex projects
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader for major compensation programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- 4+ years of compensation program design experience
- Equivalent experience may be considered
- 4+ years of project management experience (preferred)
