Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
• Build and manage a pipeline of technical talent for GTM roles
• Utilize various sourcing tools and strategies to identify and engage candidates

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a startup environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the cyber security industry
• Proven success in sourcing Sales / GTM roles
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing candidates
