Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within biotech, pharmaceutical, or IT industries
  • 1-2 years of high-volume administrative experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and MS Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-service orientation
