Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the executive recruiting team with interview scheduling and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting team, executives, and clients with interview scheduling using a personalized approach
- Manage executive calendars and execute end-to-end scheduling for interviews and events
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management or administrative experience, ideally in executive search or in-house recruiting
- 2+ years of experience scheduling across multiple time zones for panel interviews
- 2+ years of experience with administrative office tools and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and meeting deadlines
- High School Diploma/GED required
