Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of scalable HR operational infrastructure
- Manage processes related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Analyze HR data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance HR effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of key human resource functions including personnel administration, benefits, payroll, and time & labor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Adept at working with and learning new technologies/systems
- Specialized understanding of HR functions and best practices
