Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Support Advisor who will assist Team Members with inquiries related to Payroll, Leave of Absence, Benefits, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Team Member inquiries regarding Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 issues, escalating complex cases to Tier 2 departments as necessary
- Manage and document tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up with Team Members
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or HR support role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and ticketing systems is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously
