Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage executive and equity compensation programs
- Prepare high-quality materials for Compensation Committees and Boards of Directors
- Conduct benchmarking studies and competitive analyses for executive pay and incentives
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Executive Compensation with a focus on public companies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Deep knowledge of public company executive pay structures and SEC regulations
- Exceptional MS Excel skills and ability to synthesize complex data
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with experience in producing Board-ready materials
