Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst - Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage executive and equity compensation programs
  • Prepare high-quality materials for Compensation Committees and Boards of Directors
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and competitive analyses for executive pay and incentives
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Executive Compensation with a focus on public companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of public company executive pay structures and SEC regulations
  • Exceptional MS Excel skills and ability to synthesize complex data
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with experience in producing Board-ready materials
