Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding future employees by completing reference checks and monitoring background checks
- Communicate and collaborate with candidates, TA members, and hiring managers to resolve requests accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain confidential candidate/employee files
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience in an HR-related role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
