Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing and hiring for clinical or healthcare-related roles preferred
- Familiarity with ATS systems, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
