Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organization and Talent Development Coordinator (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support program design and implementation to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate training events
  • Provide administrative support to the Organization and Talent Development team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of coordinator-level experience, preferably in Human Resources
  • Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
