Key Responsibilities
- Support program design and implementation to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate training events
- Provide administrative support to the Organization and Talent Development team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of coordinator-level experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
